Coffee, chocolate and sugar!!!!
The first thing of the day was to receive the orientation on how the school and the host families work. After solving our doubts, we were ready for learning, so we attended classes until 12:00.
At 2:30 p.m. after eating lunch, completing our homework and playing we were picked up to go to the Trapiche. There we had a tour around coffee, sugar cane and chocolate plantations. We learned how coffee is converted from the fruit to the drink; we made our own candy from sugar cane and got to try all stages of cocoa -from the fruit to the processed one-. At the end of the tour we had food and coffee made from their own production. It was a delicious experience!!!!!
