Morning classes, snack intermission, classes again and lunch, our daily routine!!! However, there was a difference, we cooked our lunch!!!!!
Today we opened our activities with a cooking class where we learned how to make patacones. We were really excited, yet the thought of having for lunch what we would make, was scary. It was a good motivation though.
Around 2:00 p.m. we started walking to the town of Santa Elena to shop and get ice cream. We spent like 2 hours shopping around and then we were ready for our next activity, the serpentarium.
Costa Rica host a large variety of reptiles including 139 snake species from which 22 are venomous and we couldn’t waste the opportunity to meet some of them.
Finally at 5:00 p.m. we returned to our homes.
